This site is no longer available for Pinnacle loan payments. Some loans have been transferred to other organizations and you would have been notified of your new servicer.

If your loan is staying with Pinnacle, below are a few changes in how you make payments.

• Change of payment mailing address. The new payment address is:

This address will be included in your monthly loan statements. If you are currently paying via coupon book, you will begin receiving a monthly statement in November.

• Changes to online bill payments. If you have a Pinnacle deposit account, you can now pay your loan and manage your accounts through our online banking system. For more information on it, visit www.pnfp.com/enroll. If you do not have a Pinnacle deposit account, you can make online payments at https://pnfp.statementmanagement.com.

• Automatic drafts. We can help you set up an automatic draft. Simply mail the enclosed form with your next payment or send it to the address above.
