Enrollment Instructions

Online Banking

Click “Enroll Now,” accept the agreement and fill out the form. You’ll be asked to select security questions and answers. From time to time, you may be asked to verify your identity by answering a challenge question you selected.

Your account should be activated within 2 business days. You will then be able to login with your chosen username and password. 

Mobile Banking

To get started you need to be an online banking user. Simply download the Pinnacle Personal Banking app and enter your username and password.

  • Android users can click here or visit Google Play to download the Android app. 

  • Apple iPhone users can click here or visit the Apple iTunes App Store to download the iPhone app.

  • iPad users can click here or visit the Apple iTunes App Store to download the version designed specifically for iPads.

Mobile Deposit

Mobile deposit is available within the mobile banking apps for iPhone and Android devices. Call your financial advisor or our Client Service Center at 1-800-264-3613 to activate. To participate in mobile deposit, you must be a Pinnacle client for at least 90 days and use one of our new mobile deposit eligible accounts. Have questions? View our FAQ.

Personal Financial Manager (PFM)

PFM is a service available within online banking. Once you are enrolled in online banking, simply click on the PFM tab and accept the user agreement. Your Pinnacle accounts will be imported automatically. You can then begin adding your other accounts using the helpful account wizard. 

To begin using PFM capabilities on your phone or tablet, download the MoneyMobile app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play store. The app will prompt you to get an activation code within PFM. Simply click the setting icon on the right side of the PFM page, go to the Mobile Devices tab and generate an access code.

Text Banking

You can use text messaging (SMS) to get account balances or view recent transaction history. To get started you must be an online banking user. Within online banking,

  • Click on your name in the top right corner and choose "All Services & Settings."
  • Click the “Mobile Management” link. 
  • Enroll your mobile device and activate text banking.
  • You’ll receive a text message that will ask you to reply with your activation code.
