These numbers are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You will be connected to a live person who will be able to help you immediately.
During business hours: Pinnacle associates will turn off your card, determine any unauthorized transactions and order you a replacement.
After business hours: Follow the instructions on the automated system to have your card deactivated. Please call us back during business hours so we can determine any unauthorized transactions and order you a replacement.
Did you lose any additional information?
