Shane Kaster

Shane serves as a vice president for PNFP Capital Markets. He is based at Pinnacle’s downtown Nashville office at Symphony Place. He is responsible for originating, leading and executing investment banking services for middle-market clients across a variety of industries. Typical services include mergers and acquisitions advisory, capital raising, valuation and strategic advisory. Shane primarily represents founder- and family-owned businesses in merger and acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining Pinnacle in March 2020, Shane provided valuation, consulting and advisory services for transaction planning and modeling, financial reporting and regulatory compliance, and expert witness support in economic damages litigation matters.

Shane earned his BA from Vanderbilt University and his JD and MBA from the University of Tennessee’s College of Law and Haslam College of Business. He holds the Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. Shane and his wife, Jenna, are proud to call Nashville home after first moving to the city in 2008.
