Jack Eakin

Jack joined PNFP Capital Markets in 2022. He is focused on originating, leading and executing M&A advisory, capital raising transactions and strategic advisory services for middle-market clients across the Southeast. Jack has over a decade of investment banking and business development experience through which he has completed dozens of transactions in serving his clients.

Prior to Pinnacle, Jack led merger and acquisition transactions in Middle Tennessee for LCG Advisors, an investment banking and financial advisory firm based in Tampa, FL. He previously worked in the middle market banking group in the Nashville market for Truist Bank (formerly, SunTrust Bank), where he focused on developing and managing client relationships for the bank across several industries. Prior to returning to his hometown of Nashville, Jack provided M&A advisory services with Sawaya Partners, a New York-based advisory firm focused on the consumer industry.

Jack graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in finance and accounting. He participates on multiple nonprofit boards and local initiatives. Jack lives in Nashville with his wife, Sarah, and their young son and daughter.
