Justin Hayden

Justin Hayden serves as the chief legal officer for Pinnacle Financial Partners. He is based at the firm’s downtown Nashville office at Symphony Place.

Hayden joined Pinnacle in 2018 with 10 years of experience. Before joining the firm, he was a partner with the law offices of Smythe Huff & Hayden, P.C., where his practice was focused in the areas of creditors’ rights, banking and financial services, construction and creditor litigation, collections and representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, as well as advising clients in matters of employment, real estate and commercial law, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory issues.

Hayden earned his bachelor’s degree from Belmont University and his juris doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi.
