Harold Gordon Bone

Since 1977, Mr. Bone has been a partner and licensed general contractor of B&B Enterprise. He came to Pinnacle's board after serving on the board of Mid-America Bancshares since September 2006, and the subsidiary board at Bank of the South since 2001. A native of Lebanon, Tennessee, he is a graduate of Cumberland University and the University of Tennessee. He also graduated from the University of Virginia’s Consumer Banking School. Mr. Bone served as a vice president of a large Tennessee bank for a number of years and also served as a director of First Bank & Trust in Mt. Juliet until its merger with a large regional bank in 1999.

Since 1984, Mr. Bone has served on the board of Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation and was its chairman until he stepped down after 23 years in 2015. He is also a vice-president of Community Progress Committee, Inc., a not-for-profit entity focusing on healthcare and education issues, and is a director of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America – Tennessee Chapter. Mr. Bone served on the board of the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club. He is a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Lebanon, Tennessee.
