Pinnacle Financial Partners had another banner year for awards that validate the firm’s promise of distinctive service and effective advice. Pinnacle has earned 21 Greenwich Excellence Awards and four Greenwich Best Brand Awards recognizing exceptional service to both small business and middle market clients.

Greenwich Associates is the world leader in market research for financial services, so to have them say that Pinnacle has a measurably distinctive brand is rewarding,” said Terry Turner, Pinnacle’s president and CEO. “We see this in our own client surveys, where associates get exceptional ratings for the service they provide. Our people are the reason we have been so successful, as the Greenwich Associates research bears out.”

Pinnacle’s 21 Greenwich Excellence Awards were nearly evenly split between small business and middle market banking and represent clients’ feelings about their financial advisors and the firm as a whole. Of the awards, 13 are national honors and eight are regional, with Pinnacle winning every regional category.

The four Greenwich Best Brand Awards for Pinnacle show that the firm is one of only a handful nationwide to have a distinctive brand for trust and ease of doing business. Those two factors are widely recognized as the keys to client satisfaction, loyalty and long-term relationships.

“Our strategy of hiring the right people and empowering them to do the right thing makes this honor possible. All of our people are experienced and successful financial professionals who know what they’re doing and want to work for a bank that lets them serve their clients well. When you have the best people and let them do what they’re best at, you’ll get results like this every time.”

Though more than 600 banks are eligible to win the Greenwich Excellence Awards, just a few dozen made the final list.
