Jon Cauble

Jon Cauble joins the Pinnacle | Health & Benefits team as a Compliance Officer. In that role, he is responsible for advising the team and clients on compliance requirements for employer-sponsored benefit plans. Cauble has worked in benefits since 2013 and joined Pinnacle in 2025 from Flores/ProBenefits. His years in employee benefits lend combined knowledge from both administrative and compliance services. Cauble holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of North Carolina Asheville, and a Master of Studies in law, specializing in compliance from Wake Forest University.
