System Maintenance Scheduled Dec. 1-3

Update affects online and mobile banking, debit card limits, Saturday hours

November 24, 2017

Pinnacle will update our operating system this weekend, beginning the evening of Friday, Dec. 1. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this change will allow us to better serve our clients across our expanded footprint. Here’s what you can expect over the weekend:

  • Online and mobile banking will be unavailable from 5 p.m. CT/6 p.m. ET on Friday, Dec. 1 through 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET Sunday, Dec. 3. This means you will not be able to complete transfers, make mobile deposits or schedule bill payments during this timeframe.
  • Your transactions, including scheduled deposits and withdrawals, will be processed but will not be reflected in your account balance through the ATM or the Pinnacle Anytime automated phone system throughout the weekend.
  • Our offices with Saturday hours will be closed on Dec. 2.
  • The following debit/ATM limits will apply from the evening of Thursday, Nov. 30 until the early morning hours of Monday, Dec. 4:
    • Clients who opened their accounts in Tennessee will have access to the balance of their account up to $2,500 total for debit transactions and $500 for ATM withdrawals until early Monday morning. Please plan ahead if you have to make large purchases.
NOTE: On Friday, Dec. 1, you will not see any ATM or debit transactions made that day in online or mobile banking. Similarly, you may not see transactions from the weekend posted until later in the day Monday, Dec. 4.
    • Clients who opened their accounts in North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia will not be affected.
  • Our Pinnacle Anytime automated phone system will be unavailable at times during the weekend. When we bring it back up on the evening of Sunday, Dec. 3, the options will change. You can see a map of the new options here.
  • Our Client Service Center will be available but will have limited capabilities. They will continue to help with lost or stolen debit cards, credit cards or loan payments. However, they will not have access to view transaction history.
