The firm has hired a team of associates to establish a presence there to serve North Fulton, Gwinnett and Forsyth County clients. They are available now in a temporary space at 11720 Amber Park in Alpharetta, GA, until a permanent, full-service location is established as early as this summer.

(Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) reported net income per diluted common share of $1.71 for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2021, compared to net income per diluted common share of $1.42 for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2020, an increase of approximately 20.4 percent. Net income per diluted common share was $6.75 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2021, compared to net income per diluted common share of $4.03 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2020, an increase of 67.5 percent.

The new office is located at 16633 Birkdale Commons and provides a full range of banking, investment, trust, mortgage and insurance products and services to businesses and individuals.
