  • Online & Mobile Banking
    • Whether online or on a mobile device, much of your banking business can be done remotely, which is particularly important during this time of social distancing.

  • Call Us
    • As always, we commit to answer the phone when our clients call. Simply contact your office or your advisor. There is a lot we can do over the phone and via email. Visit PNFP.com/Locations to find the phone number of an office near you.

      In addition, Pinnacle’s Client Service Centers are staffed 24/7 and ready to help with everyday banking needs and any other questions you have.

  • Drive Thrus and Drop Boxes
    • Pinnacle office lobbies have closed, but the drive thrus and drop boxes are open for business and capable of handling nearly all of your everyday banking needs. When you arrive at an office, look for signage directing you where to go.
  • By Appointment
    • Sometimes you just need to sit down face to face with someone to conduct your business. If you need to schedule an urgent in-person meeting, call your advisor or your nearest location. Urgent in-person needs include:
      • Loan closings
      • Account openings (some of these can be handled online or by phone)
      • Notary services
      • Safe deposit box access
      • Mutually agreed upon meetings with your financial advisor
    • If you need to make an in-person appointment, call your office or advisor to talk it through and make arrangements. You can find the phone number at PNFP.com/Locations.

      As always, our No. 1 priority during the pandemic is the health and safety of our clients and associates. For that reason, we respectfully ask for your careful consideration and cooperation when you plan to visit an office lobby.

      • Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer immediately before and after your visit. We will also have bathrooms and hand sanitizer in the office for you to use.
