This page will serve as the primary source of news and updates about how Hurricane Irma and its aftermath affect Pinnacle, its clients, associates and offices. 

Remember: If the storm affects your ability to do business in your normal office, you can use Online Banking, mobile banking, remote deposit and other services that allow you to do your banking from home, work or anywhere else.

Wednesday, Sept. 13 - 9:01 a.m. ET

All locations are open for normal business hours today. Thank you for your patience while we worked through issues related to the storm.

 


 

Tuesday, Sept. 12 - 9:02 a.m. ET

The following location will be closed on Tuesday, September 12:

  • Hilton Head Wexford: 1000 William Hilton Pkwy F4, 29928
    (The island is still under a mandatory evacuation.)

The following location will have a delayed opening on Tuesday, September 12, opening at 11 a.m. ET:

  • Johns Island: 2753 Maybank Highway, 29455

The Greenville office at 1111 Augusta Street, 29605 will open as soon as electricity is restored.

 



Monday, Sept. 11 - 12:50 p.m. ET

Due to deteriorating weather conditions in Upstate South Carolina, all offices in the area will close at 2 p.m. ET today. That includes:

While it's still too early to know the exact point of impact, it's not too early to start preparing. We are monitoring the storm as it develops and readying necessary plans to protect our clients, associates and offices.

South Carolina

  • The Meeting Street office in Charleston (134 Meeting Street, 29401) closed at noon ET today at the request of the building owners so that they can prepare all of their properties for the storm.
     
  • All South Carolina coastal offices will be closed on Monday, September 11. That includes:
