Kirk McMillan joined Pinnacle in October 2024 from the firm's affiliate, HPB Insurance, where he worked as insurance advisor. In his role as Health & Benefits advisor, McMillan helps business leaders and their associates benefit from tax-advantaged accounts paired with health insurance offerings. His career advising private companies spans more than two decades and multiple industries: employee benefits, commercial insurance, strategy consulting, M&A and wholesale distribution.
