David Pannill

David Pannill is a senior credit officer for Pinnacle. He is based at the firm’s Glenwood Avenue office in Raleigh.

Pannill joined Pinnacle when it merged with Bank of North Carolina in 2017. He specializes in residential construction lending, acquisition and development loans and condominium projects. Prior to working at Pinnacle, he spent 30 years working for Wells Fargo and its predecessor banks as a commercial real estate underwriter, senior underwriter and relationship manager for CRE and home building.

Pannill earned his bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University.
