Eva Ogden is a senior vice president and regional diversity and inclusion advisor for Pinnacle’s Virginia, Carolinas and D.C. markets. She is based at the firm’s High Point Premier office in North Carolina.
Ogden became a part of Pinnacle with the firm’s acquisition of BNC Bancorp in 2017. Roles at BNC included serving as a financial advisor and a diversity, equity and inclusion banking leader. She is responsible for Pinnacle’s development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategy for its North Carolina central region and serves on the company’s firmwide council.
Ogden earned a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in psychology from the University of Dallas. She also completed studies in diversity and inclusion for human resources professionals at Cornell University and holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
Ogden is a member of the North Carolina Bankers Association and serves on its diversity, equity and inclusion board, where she chairs the D & I strategy and education committee. She is on the board of Guilford Works and serves on the Guilford Jobs 2030 committee of the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro, where she is community committee chair and equity committee co-chair. Ogden is also a member of the Community Builders Coalition. She has chaired the Leadership Committee for Women in Motion, served as board chair for the Latino Family Center of High Point, board member for YWCA High Point and served as president of the Jamestown Business Association. Ogden has also served on the family services committee for Habitat for Humanity of High Point and is a past director of education for Toastmasters International.
