Veteran Financial Services Professional Jenny Shtipelman Joins Pinnacle Financial Partners in the National Capital Region

Pinnacle Financial Partners is pleased to announce that Jenny Shtipelman has joined the firm as a financial advisor based at the firm’s Tysons Corner office. Shtipelman brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial banking, leadership and business development to her new role at Pinnacle.

Before joining Pinnacle, Shtipelman served as executive vice president and market executive at National Capital Bank of Washington where she led strategic growth initiatives and helped expand the bank’s market share across Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. Her background also includes leadership roles at EagleBank and experience as president and CEO of Better Bank Coach, LLC where she advised organizations on building strong financial foundations and sustainable lending practices. She is an active member of Leadership Greater Washington and CADRE DC LLC.

Shtipelman holds extensive experience in commercial lending, government contracting, nonprofit financing and real estate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing at George Washington University and a financial management certificate from Cornell.
