Pinnacle Moves Into Newly Constructed Main Office in Downtown Murfreesboro

March 23, 2022

Pinnacle Financial Partners reopened its main office and administrative building at 114 W. College St. this week after a complete rebuild from the ground up, representing a multi-million-dollar investment in downtown Murfreesboro. The previous building was constructed in 1974.

“It was really something to watch the progress of this new jewel in downtown Murfreesboro from start to finish with anticipation for the moment we would open the doors to our clients and the community,” said Russell Creech, office leader. “We’re grateful to have the opportunity to contribute to the character of downtown with a beautiful modern space that reflects Pinnacle’s brand. It sets the tone for serving the financial needs of businesses and individuals here.”

The new building was designed with an exterior of brick, stone, metal and glass. The interior matches the style typical of a Pinnacle office, with large amounts of natural light, light blond wood and  metal and a water feature. It includes Pinnacle’s signature Learning Center with full audio-visual capabilities for financial education events with clients and neighbors, as well as community meetings.

“Like everything we do, this office was designed to make it easy for our clients to do business,” said Stephanie Kusch, area manager. “It’s easy to access and gives us plenty of room to work with clients at the counter or in private offices. Many of our business-focused financial advisors will call this their home base, and we’ll also be able to offer our full suite of personal banking services here. This is also the hub for our treasury management, merchant services and mortgage teams.”

The office is 2 stories with 12,250 square feet of space and includes onsite parking with more spaces available in the rear. It also has a drive-thru and ATM. The architect was Hastings Architecture with Flow Construction Company, Inc. as the general contractor. The office team had operated out of a temporary location near the property during construction for the past 18 months.
