December 09, 2025

Pinnacle Financial Partners has added Office Leader Alisa Huddleston to its upcoming PEER center office in Raleigh, where she will lead the local client services team and support consumer and small business clients across northeast Shelby County. Huddleston brings more than 25 years of experience in community banking and office leadership in the Memphis area.

“Alisa has walked alongside families and business owners in Bartlett and Millington for decades, and people trust her to help them make good financial decisions,” said Kelly Neal, area manager for Pinnacle in Memphis. “She knows how to run an office, but more importantly she knows how to listen. That combination fits our culture here and will help us serve even more clients who want a thoughtful banker they can call directly.”

At Pinnacle, Huddleston will focus on helping clients with everyday banking needs while bringing in the firm’s full team for more complex needs like business lending, mortgage, treasury and wealth services. She most recently served as financial center manager at FirstBank and Simmons Bank in Memphis and previously worked as branch manager and loan officer at Patriot Bank in Millington, as well as First Alliance Bank and Trust One Bank in Memphis. Over her career she has specialized in consumer and small business lending, account optimization and community outreach. Huddleston attended the University of Mississippi.

Pinnacle Financial Partners provides a full range of banking, investment, trust, mortgage and insurance products and services designed for businesses and their owners and individuals interested in a comprehensive relationship with their financial institution. The firm is the No. 1 bank in the Nashville-Murfreesboro-Franklin MSA, according to 2025 deposit data from the FDIC. Pinnacle is No. 9 on FORTUNE magazine’s 2025 list of 100 Best Companies to Work For® in the U.S., its ninth consecutive appearance and was recognized by American Banker as one of America’s Best Banks to Work For 12 years in a row and No. 1 among banks with more than $10 billion in assets in 2024.

Pinnacle has served Memphis since 2015 when it acquired Magna Bank. Since then, Pinnacle has become the official bank of the Memphis Grizzlies and FedExForum and was named a “Top 10 Company to Watch in 2017” by the Greater Memphis Chamber. Pinnacle was named No. 1 “Best Place to Work” by the Memphis Business Journal in the last 10 years.

The firm began operations in a single location in downtown Nashville, TN, in October 2000 and has since grown to approximately $56.0 billion in assets as of Sept. 30, 2025. As the second-largest bank holding company headquartered in Tennessee, Pinnacle operates in several primarily urban markets across the Southeast.
