Pinnacle Financial Partners adds two experienced health and benefits professionals
NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 21, 2026 – Pinnacle Financial Partners has added two experienced professionals to its Health & Benefits team. Kim Malleolo has joined the firm as a health and benefits advisor, and Anthony DeMaria has joined as health and benefits strategy and sales manager. Both report to Mary Wettstein, health and benefits program manager, and each brings decades of experience helping employers build and manage employee benefits programs.

Malleolo brings more than 30 years of employee benefits experience, joining Pinnacle from FloresHR where she served as business development director. Earlier in her career, she and her husband owned and operated Malleolo Administrators and Malleolo Associates for 16 years and served as a benefit consultant at ProBenefits. Malleolo specializes in flexible compensation programs including health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts and health reimbursement arrangements. Malleolo is a Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC), a Certified HSA Expert and holds a New York life and health insurance license. She earned her associate degree from Hudson Valley Community College.
DeMaria joins Pinnacle with more than 20 years of employee benefits and insurance experience. Most recently, he served as employee benefits practice leader for USI Insurance Services after previously serving as vice president of sales and implementation at Stumm Insurance. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly 13 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas in regional leadership and senior sales roles. Based in Nashville, DeMaria will focus on helping employers develop comprehensive health and benefits strategies utilizing tax-advantaged accounts that support their business goals and workforce needs. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
