Pinnacle Expands Health and Benefits Team with Industry Veteran Avery Young

Pinnacle Financial Partners has added Avery Young as a health and benefits Advisor based in the firm’s Nashville Yards headquarters. Avery brings more than 20 years of experience in health and welfare consulting, human resources strategy and benefits program development across a broad range of industries and employer sizes.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Young served as senior client executive at Gallagher Benefit Services where she led group benefits strategy for mid- to large-size employers and specialized in self-funded and fully insured plans, compliance, vendor management and employee engagement.

In her new role, Young will work closely with clients to design and implement customized benefit strategies that support employee well-being, ensure compliance and align with organizational goals. Her extensive background in both consulting and corporate HR leadership uniquely positions her to guide clients through today’s evolving benefits landscape.

Young holds a bachelor’s from Vanderbilt University and maintains licensure in both Tennessee and California for life, accident and health insurance. She is also actively pursuing ongoing certification through the American College of Employee Benefits Specialists and WorldatWork.
