Veteran banker comes to firm after 27 years at SunTrust

NASHVILLE, Tenn., April 30, 2013 – Long-time financial services professional Lynn Lassiter Kendrick has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as a senior vice president and financial advisor in Nashville.

“Lynn is a trusted advisor for the many clients she has served over the years,” said Larry Whisenant, area manager of Pinnacle’s client services in Nashville. “Her knowledge of banking in this market will be a tremendous asset to Pinnacle.”

Lassiter Kendrick has 29 years of financial services experience. She brings a 27-year career from SunTrust Bank, where she most recently served as a client advisor for its Private Wealth Management group.

Lassiter Kendrick holds Series 7 and 65 licenses, is licensed in life and health insurance and is a Certified Cash Manager. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from The University of Georgia. Lassiter Kendrick holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Georgia State University and took additional coursework at the University of Virginia Darden School.

She serves on the Investment Committee of the Junior League of Nashville and on the board for the Land Trust for Tennessee. Lassiter Kendrick is a member of the National Association of Women MBAs and is a project leader for the Salvation Army Angel Tree. She has served on the boards of Senior Citizens Inc., Outlook Nashville and The Chestnut Group.
