Ice and Snow Affect Multiple Regions
Ice and snow have affected power and travel in multiple regions of Pinnacle's footprint.
On Monday, Jan. 26, offices in the Knoxville region, including Maryville and Oak Ridge, will open at 10 a.m. local time.
Offices in the following regions will be closed:
- North Carolina (statewide)
- Upstate South Carolina, including Greenville, Easley, Mauldin and Spartanburg
- Memphis region, including Memphis, Bartlett, Germantown and Atoka, TN, as well as Southaven, MS.
- Middle Tennessee, including Ashland City, Brentwood, Dickson, Franklin, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, Nashville, Shelbyville and Smyrna
- National Capital region, including McLean and Arlington, VA, and Bethesda and Columbia, MD
- Western Virginia, including Roanoke, Salem and Lynchburg
- Louisville, KY

Mobile Check Deposit
Our mobile app makes it easy to deposit checks wherever you are. Just take a photo of the front and back of the check, fill out a few fields and submit. Be sure to include “Mobile Deposit Only” on the endorsement line.

Funds generally are available the next business day if they are deposited before 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET. Daily and monthly limits may apply.
