Pinnacle Loan Payments

Introducing an updated solution for making a loan payment

Effective November 9, 2025, Pinnacle clients can make loan payments in our updated portal.

Pinnacle | Loan Payments can be used to make a payment from a checking account, savings account or debit card. (Credit cards are not accepted.) You will need your loan account number and the last four digits of your SSN for your initial login.

This new solution has some additional benefits:

  • You can you save your payment account or debit card to your profile so the next time you need to make a payment, your funding account will be readily available.
  • You can edit or save an email address to ensure you receive your payment notification.

  1. You’ll need your Pinnacle Bank loan account number and the last 4 digits of your SSN to initiate a payment; you will also be asked to confirm that you are not a robot, which may include selecting some reCAPTCHA images.

  2. Once you access your loan, review the email address that we have on file for you. Edit it as needed so that you will receive your payment confirmation.

  3. You can choose to pay your Pinnacle Bank loan from a checking or savings account or from a debit card and can optionally save your funding source so future payments can be made more quickly.
  4. You’ll select your Payment Date and Payment Amount - you can choose the current payment due, payment amount past due or can key a different amount.
  5. Once you key your bank or debit card information, review your payment details where you can Edit, Cancel or Confirm the payment.

  6. You’ll receive a payment confirmation via email once the payment has been confirmed.
