Chris originally grew up in Durham, North Carolina and currently lives in Youngsville with his wife and family. He has experience in all facets of real estate financing including first time buyer programs, government loans including conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans. Chris has been a panel speaker for the NC Housing Works Conference and is a Top Lender at the NC Housing Finance Agency.
