Fraud continues to escalate. Financial institutions and our clients are often targeted by criminals using various techniques (i.e., email hacking, fraudulent wire requests, Dumpster diving) to steal funds.

As an attorney or business owner, could you recognize a phishing email? Could you identify a fraudulent wire or ACH request? Are you putting in the trash sensitive information that could expose your firm or your clients to fraud?

Please join us to learn more about how to protect your personal and business assets. We will share actual scenarios some of our clients have faced. Also, learn about new merchant shifts for EMV (Europay Mastercard Visa) coming in October.

Presented by Mark Brown, Information Security Officer; David Sturdivant, Treasury Management Manager; and Gail Outland and Julie Lewis, Merchant Card Service Managers with Pinnacle Financial Partners.
