Roger Osborne serves as president and CEO of PNFP Capital Markets Inc. PNFP Capital Markets offers a full range of investment banking and capital markets products and services primarily focused on corporate middle-market clients. These include, but are not limited to, merger and acquisition advisory services, capital alternatives, including debt, equity, mezzanine and other; and financial risk management, including interest rate, equity and other.

Osborne’s extensive financial services and capital markets experience includes 22 years at SunTrust Bank, where roles included serving as Knoxville’s city president, manager of wealth and investment management for East Tennessee, managing director and co-head of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Financial Institutions Group and managing director and manager of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Capital Markets Origination Group. He came to Pinnacle in 2014 from CARIS Healthcare in Knoxville, where he served as executive vice president with responsibility for finance, accounting, sales, marketing and IT since July 2012.

Osborne earned a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Emory & Henry College and attended the Virginia School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia.

He serves on the board of directors and finance committee for Covenant Health, is chairman and a member of the executive committee of The Development Corporation of Knox County and serves on the board and executive committee of the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce. Osborne has previously served on the boards of East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, CARIS Healthcare, Great Smoky Mountain Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the YMCA of Greater Knoxville.
