Gerry Barber is a senior vice president and director of Pinnacle’s client service center.

Before joining Pinnacle in 2017, Barber was the managing director of workplace services for Deloitte Services, LP. Previously he served as corporate officer, secretary and treasurer for the Call Center Industry Advisory Council, and senior vice president and director of telebanking for First American National Bank.

In 2013, Barber received a lifetime achievement award from the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI), one of only five contact center professionals to receive this coveted award. He also served on the board of advisors for the ICMI conference programs. Barber is a past president of the Nashville Music City local chapter of the Help Desk Institute and is an alumni of Leadership Brentwood, where he served on the steering committee.

He is based at Pinnacle’s Financial Center in Murfreesboro.
