Joanne Jackson brings 30+ years of experience to her role as executive vice president and director of associate and client experience. In this role, Jackson is tasked with reinforcing Pinnacle's unique culture and approach to creating “wow” experiences for clients and associates alike.
Jackson works with teams across the firm, including frequent listening sessions with associates, to identify ways Pinnacle can continue to raise the bar in its delivery of the best possible experience for associates and clients.
“From an associate’s first day and 365 days a year, my hopes are that we create an environment where people come to work not for a paycheck but to make a difference. I believe that by focusing on our associates, we will create an environment where we are all free to deliver 'wow' experiences’ – internal or external – and have fun doing it.” - Joanne Jackson
