Disaster Relief

As a Pinnacle client and neighbor, you can depend on us in your time of need. If you were affected by Ian – in big or small ways – we are here to help. We have relief and recovery resources available to help you get the doors open and do business again.

  • If you are a HPB Insurance Services client, get in touch right away if you have a storm-related claim. They can walk you through the process and get it taken care of.
    • Call 336-881-3500 to start your claim process.
  • If you are a Pinnacle small business or commercial client, let us know what you need. Whether you have damage to your property, trouble getting back open or encounter anything else that’s disrupting your business, we want to help.
    • Call your financial advisor to talk over the issues. It’s possible you may have already heard from them.
    • If you’re not sure who to talk with, call 800-262-7175. We’ll document your situation, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • If you need financial assistance – regardless of whether you are a current client – we have specialized disaster recovery loans available to help.
    • Loans are available to eligible individuals and businesses at low interest rates with flexible terms and fees.
    • For qualified borrowers, some loans will be available with no collateral.
