ATM/Check Card

The Pinnacle Visa CheckCard looks like a credit card, but acts like a check.  Your withdrawals and purchases are deducted from your checking account.  When used for purchases, our CheckCard is:

• Quicker than making a trip to the ATM, more convenient than writing checks, and safer than carrying cash.
• Accepted at millions of merchant locations worldwide.
• Easy to use without a PIN—just sign as you would for any Visa card.
• Designed to automatically deduct purchases from your checking account, so, unlike a credit card, there’s no interest to pay.
• Designed to simplify your record-keeping—your monthly statement provides you with a detailed record of all your transactions.

When used at a merchant or ATM with a PIN, our Check Card acts like a normal ATM card.  Your transactions are secure since only you know your PIN.  Your purchases and withdrawals are deducted from your checking account.  Use your card anywhere you see the STAR or Cirrus Logos.

Card Activation and PIN Selection
You can activate a new Pinnacle Visa CheckCard or ATM Card and select or change your PIN by calling 866-985-2273.  The card activation service is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Lost or Stolen Cards
If you need to report your existing Pinnacle Visa CheckCard or ATM Card as lost or stolen, please call 1-800-523-4175.  The lost card reporting service is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. After you have successfully reported your card as lost or stolen using the phone number above, please contact your Pinnacle representative or call (615)-744-3700 for further instructions.

ATMs
To provide maximum convenience, ATMs are available at each of Pinnacle’s office locations and throughout the communities that we serve in free-standing locations.  For many of Pinnacle’s Checking Accounts, we will pay many, if not all, of the fees that other ATM operators charge for you to use their machines.  Refer to your account features to see if you qualify for free foreign ATM transactions.
