How does the online BillPay service work?

BillPay services allow you to schedule one-time, occasional or recurring payments. Funds are not withdrawn from your account until the payment due date.

With the BillPay, you can:

• Make payments to anyone you would normally pay with a check - including large companies, small businesses or individuals.
• Set up recurring, occasional, or one-time payments. You can schedule a payment for a future date, or you can schedule a recurring payment to be paid on the same day for the same amount every month.

Is online banking safe?

Pinnacle's online banking program carries several levels of security.  First, the site is only available over a secure connection.  Second, the site is password protected.  Third, the online banking system from time to time will ask you a security question that you will establish when you enroll. Finally, the online banking site is protected by the most advanced firewalls and monitoring tools available on the market today.  All of these features make online banking very secure and safe.
