Online Banking

At Pinnacle, we see convenience as an integral part of delivering distinctive service. Online Banking is one of the most effective and efficient methods of handling financial transactions for our clients.

An unusually high percentage (roughly 50 percent) of Pinnacle's business clients have enrolled in Online Banking.

We have built a number of powerful enhancements into our system that you will not find in most other online banking programs in Tennessee. Some of the key differences in Pinnacle's Online Banking program:

• Transactions are processed in real time, which means if you transfer funds into a checking account today at 2 p.m., those funds are available in that account immediately - no waiting until tomorrow or the next day for access to the funds
• You can choose to allow account access to multiple users, with each one having a different level of access. For instance, one person might be able to view account information only, while another might have authority to initiate wire transfers.
• Pinnacle does not limit its check imaging to the front of the check; with our Online Banking program you can see (and print) the front and back of your checks

Pinnacle's Online Banking does offer the typical capabilities of online banking as well. It provides account access 24/7 on all your Pinnacle accounts and allows you to transfer funds, initiate wire transfers, pay bills online, issue stop payments on checks, and download information into your accounting software or in a format for Excel spreadsheets.

The Online Banking portion of the Pinnacle web site is password protected. The site is also protected by the most advanced firewalls and monitoring tools available on the market today.
