Pinnacle's Board of Directors and Leadership Team are atypical when compared to those of Pinnacle's peers. The firm has assembled a board and leadership team with unusually high levels of experience in public companies, financial firms and community involvement. Consequently, Pinnacle is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the opportunity in the marketplace.

As an example, among Pinnacle's 19-member board of directors:

• Nearly half of Pinnacle's board members meet the NASD criteria for "financial experts" under Sarbanes Oxley, which has proven to be a difficult requirement for many other public companies
• 40 percent serve as directors for public companies in addition to Pinnacle
• Nine have previous management, advisory board and/or board experience for financial institutions in Middle Tennessee
• All are well known as community leaders, and the majority have participated in Leadership Nashville or Leadership Rutherford, the premier invitation-only organizations for developing city leaders in key Pinnacle markets
