PINNACLE FINANCIAL TO PARTICIPATE IN
SUNTRUST ROBINSON HUMPHREY FINANCIAL SERVICES UNCONFERENCE

NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 21, 2007 - Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) today said that its management will participate in the SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Unconference in New York on May 23, 2007. M. Terry Turner, president and chief executive officer, and Harold R. Carpenter, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will represent the company at the conference.
