New ATM/Debit Cards and Network

We will soon mail new ATM/Debit cards with new card numbers to Bank of the South and PrimeTrust clients. Separately, you'll receive a new PIN (Personal Identification Number). Follow the instructions for activation and to select a new PIN.

Your new ATM system will give you:

  • Immediate access to deposited funds, online banking transfers and transfers made at the ATM.
  • Reimbursement of surcharge fees at non-Pinnacle ATMs for many accounts. Please see our account descriptions.

ATMs will be available throughout the conversion of our systems, but we will not be able to accept deposits via ATMs Feb. 18 - March 2. Night depositories will be available to take deposits during this time.
