Orientation Sessions
| New associates get a deep understanding of the company's vision, mission, strategies and values at Pinnacle's three-day orientation session. It's participative, fun yet serious, and always aimed at ensuring the associate understands and embraces Pinnacle's goal of providing distinctive service and effective advice.
During the orientation, all new associates participate in "going over the wall" at a local recreation facility. This teambuilding exercise requires associates to get all teammates over a smooth, 12-ft. vertical wall without outside help or props. Asked about their all-time favorite Pinnacle memory, associates name "going over the wall" most often. |
